1. What this site is
Flagstaff Fence Premier is a service of AuthenitcBrand, LLC. Flagstaff Fence Premier is an independent local resource, not a fence contractor. We publish cost, climate, and permit research for Flagstaff-area homeowners and pass quote requests to independent, Arizona-licensed fence companies who do the actual work. This site is not a party to any agreement you enter into with a fence company, does not perform fence work, and does not warrant any company's work. Using this site or its referral service means you accept these terms.
2. The referral service
When you submit a quote request through this site, it is forwarded to one independent, licensed Arizona fence company serving Flagstaff and the surrounding Coconino County communities. That company may pay a referral fee for the introduction; the fee does not change the price quoted to you. Before matching you with any company, we confirm it holds an active Arizona ROC license covering fencing work — class CR-14, R-14, or C-14, or a general KB-2 — and we encourage you to check it yourself at azroc.my.site.com. Companies we pass requests to report holding an active Arizona ROC license covering fencing (class CR-14, R-14, or C-14, or a general KB-2) and insurance. Verify any contractor yourself at azroc.my.site.com before hiring. You remain responsible for your own hiring decision, including getting a written, itemized quote before work begins.
2A. SMS / text messaging program
Program description. If you opt in via the consent checkbox on our forms, Flagstaff Fence Premier may send SMS messages related to your specific request — confirmations, follow-up questions, and contact details for the matched fence company. This is a transactional program, not a marketing or promotional list. You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in.
Opt-out and help. Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time — you'll receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply HELP for assistance, or use the contact page.
Rates and carrier disclaimer. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See the Privacy Policy for how your information is handled — SMS opt-in data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Content is information, not professional advice
Cost ranges, climate guidance, permit summaries, and checklists on this site are researched estimates for general information, published with a source and a date. They are not a quote, an engineering assessment, a survey of your property line, or a substitute for an on-site evaluation by a licensed contractor or a call to the City of Flagstaff or Coconino County. Your actual price and permit requirements may differ. Permit and HOA information reflects our understanding as of the date stated on each page and can change — confirm current rules with the issuing authority before relying on them.
4. Acceptable use
Don't submit false quote requests, scrape or republish this site's content at scale, attempt to disrupt the site, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may decline to route a request that appears abusive or fraudulent.
5. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
This site and its referral service are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flagstaff Fence Premier is not liable for damages arising from your use of the site, reliance on its content, or work performed by any fence company you were referred to — including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to $100. Your agreement for any fence work is solely between you and the company you hire.
6. Intellectual property
The text, research, and design on this site belong to Flagstaff Fence Premier. You're welcome to link to it and quote brief excerpts with attribution; wholesale reproduction requires permission.
7. Governing law & changes
